Payment Methods

Credit Card

You can use your credit card on the website portal. The credit card processing service is  Stripe Payments - a secure system that abides by NZ and International Banking laws and privacy regulations.  Card details are not stored on the website. 

Card payment types accepted are:

• Visa, Mastercard, Amex 
• Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay

PayPal  

You can use your PayPal account OR be a guest using PayPal to pay by  credit card or bank transfer using PayPal secure services.  

The PayPal account will show as NZ Natural Bedding Ltd - SleepFROG. 

When paying using PayPal there is no automatic transfer back to the SleepFROG website.  The order will be completed and you will receive your order confirmation and payment confirmation by email.

Bank Transfer - Manual Method  

• You can choose to pay for your products securely by bank transfer. Our bank account details will appear when you select this option at check-out. Your order will be confirmed subject to payment being made.
• This is not an automatic process.  Make the payment from your banking app or website - not through this website. We recommend you "copy & paste"  our bank account number to avoid any mistake with the transfer.  We will process and ship your order once payment has been received.  

Afterpay    

• If you have an Afterpay account you can pay using Afterpay, which lets you "shop now and pay later".
• When paying with Afterpay, we ship your products straight away, but you pay over 8 weeks in four equal fortnightly payments. The first payment is made when you confirm your order, then you have 6 more weeks to pay the balance.  
• When you select Afterpay at checkout, you will be redirected to Afterpay to login and confirm your purchase and first payment. We will process and ship your order when it has been verified by Afterpay. Afterpay will send you your payment schedule. 
• Afterpay is not always available for purchasing custom items or pre-orders. 
• Afterpay charge 0% interest, but late payments can be subject to fees.   If you are new to Afterpay, you can register a new account and the card you wish to use for the fortnightly payments on the Afterpay site. *To register with Afterpay you need to:

• live in NZ - Aotearoa 
• be 18 years old or over
• Have an NZ debit or credit card
